Get ready for a cinematic experience like no other! The official trailer for “Wicker,” starring the dynamic duo of Alexander Skarsgård and Olivia Colman, has just dropped, and it’s set to take the film industry by storm. Mark your calendars for the US release date on October 23, 2026, as this unique story unfolds on the big screen.

“Wicker” follows the unconventional journey of a Fisherwoman, portrayed brilliantly by Olivia Colman. Living on the outskirts of a small village by the sea, she faces constant ridicule from her narrow-minded neighbors. Frustrated with the judgment of her community, she takes a bold step that turns traditional romance on its head—commissioning a husband made entirely from wicker. The outrageous act sparks chaos and jealousy within her conservative town, opening a dialogue about love, acceptance, and the lengths one might go to escape societal norms.

Directed by the talented duo Alex Huston Fischer and Eleanor Wilson, “Wicker” is poised to blend humor and heart in a way that only they can. Alongside Colman and Skarsgård, the film stars Elizabeth Debicki and Peter Dinklage, promising a cast that brings depth and flair to this whimsical tale.

If the trailer is any indication, “Wicker” is sure to captivate audiences with its striking visuals and engaging storyline. You can watch the trailer now and see for yourself just how this film reinvents the traditional romantic narrative.
