Expectations were high, as fans from across the globe jumped into the chaotic arenas, playing as legendary heroes from the series, customizing their Rangers, and battling it out to become the next Galactic Ranger.

However, the journey for Ratchet & Clank: Ranger Rumble will soon come to an end. With a statement on the official website confirming the game’s cancellation, fans were met with disappointment. Despite the initial promise and a dedicated community, the decision has been made to cease development and refrain from a full release. The final planned update is being rolled out today, while the game will be delisted from mobile stores on November 21.

Players who already have Ratchet & Clank: Ranger Rumble downloaded will still be able to enjoy it up until the server shutdown on May 1, 2027. To express gratitude to its community, the development team has made the Super Pass free for all players and has removed in-app purchases. This allows continued earning of rewards through gameplay and the opportunity to spend currency on various upgrades and cosmetics.

Though the game’s Qwark Pass seasons will continue until its closure, the statement from the development team emphasized appreciation for the community’s support and contributions. This heartfelt message thanks those who provided feedback and spent time shaping the game throughout its development.
